Noel Cruz is an artist with a passion for faces. He has been repainting dolls for 10 years but has been drawing portraits all his life. Cruz, who specialist in paining dolls to look like celebrities, has now amassed a whole family of the celebrity models. Some of the designs are created to look like the real-life star – such as Bond actor Daniel Craig and Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman. But other dolls are created to reflect the celebrity in the character they played in a film. Some of these include Julie Andrews as Mary Poppins and Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker in Spiderman. He has since painted hundreds of dolls, many of which are displayed right here in this website. He has unveiled his latest collection of meticulously created celebrity dolls – including Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp. Noel Cruz’s dolls could almost be mistaken for the real deal, baring a striking – if not creepy – resemblance to his subjects.
Every day we find a newest and unique art in art world and this time I bring an awesome artwork by Cedric Laquieze, he is an artist working out of Amsterdam. He graduated from the Rietveld Academy just last year, and primarily creates sculptures. Very unique ones such as the flower skeleton series seen below. I like the idea that Cedric has taken the idea of taxidermy art, and added a different twist to it. The idea of skeleton is a clear link to death, but with the flowers adorning them the idea seems to be softened. It’s also a stronger connection to life; if we did not go through such trouble to embalm and preserve, the bodies we bury would give way to other life such as flowers. Cedric has many more sculptures, photography and so on over at his blog. Head on over and check it out.
We do a lot of work daily and have no leisure for ourselves but if we have some free time we spend our expensive time in watching Tv or sleeping. What do you think if we spend only a few minutes in creativity then our whole day will be fine. So let think Finger painting can be very fun. Sometimes you just have to do something out of the ordinary. This might include taking photos of small LEGO figures or in this case, your fingers. This is a totally offbeat type of photography for most of the people. It isn’t everyday that you see people taking photos of their fingers. Again, it isn’t everyday people makes these amazing, create figures out of their fingers. Today’s post is a bit different for the type of photography we showcase here at Xeontribe.com. It is amazing in its own way and stir up the feeling of creativeness in one’s mind.Without further ado, lets get to the photographs. If you are creative, there is no limits. I hope you’ll enjoy in this collection of funny finger faces.
We’re all for enjoying open spaces, and making great park and public benches that people want to use is part of the big picture. Is there such a thing as anti-public seating? Just take a look of conceptual public benches. We’re all used to the presence of urban furniture as an accessible public good, from benches to bike racks and bus shelters. But what happens when the design of these resources is actually anti-user? A public bench in a Philadelphia train station brings up exactly that question.i want the bench to serve as a break in those places of transition and outdoor moments that we have within our building design. i did quite a bit of searching today and found many inspirational images as i begin my design process..The nature imitation of design is a way to make great innovation on furniture design. The particular bench imitates the contour of mountain. Though the function finally lessens by the existence of the conceptual element mountain contour, the bench is still retaining most of its function.
